We're all a little loko inside. Let the lunacy out at the 3rd Manila Surfers' Cup in San Juan, La Union.
on Feb 23-24, 2008.

Events will include Men's and Wahine Longboard and Shortboard divisions,
a crazy costume expression session, beach games, a party under the full moon and more.
